The Arch Bay Residence is the west wing in its entirety: two bedrooms, a full kitchen, a living room that seats eight, and a colonnade of arches along the terrace that frames the bay like a series of paintings.

It was the original owner’s house before it was anything else, and the proportions still feel domestic rather than hotel — high ceilings, tile floors worn smooth, shutters that actually close.

What comes with the residence

A private cook for breakfast and one meal daily, a dedicated concierge, and use of the house boat for half-day charters. Booked most often by two couples travelling together, or by families who want the run of a place.
